Commercial Real Estate Direct ran a short subscriber item, credited to Commercial Property Executive, reporting that VAC Development had started work converting the 100,000-square-foot office property at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson into an open-air retail, dining and entertainment center. The item said the Las Vegas developer expects the project to cost $100 million and that the office property had been acquired by CAST Capital Partners for $17.2 million. The remainder sits behind the publication's paywall.
