Information you provide directly. When you contact us, submit a deal, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, deal details, and any additional context you include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect technical information such as pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, browser type, and device category. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used, which sets cookies and similar identifiers on your device. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with our pages (for example, clicks and scrolling); Clarity masks sensitive content by default.
Business visitor identification.For some visitors in the United States, we use a service called RB2B that may match a visit to publicly and commercially available business information (such as a name, company, and professional profile). We use this only to understand which businesses and professionals are interested in our offerings and to follow up about relevant opportunities. You can ask us to remove your information at any time (see “Your Choices and Rights” below).

4. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the Site. Each vendor has its own privacy practices, which govern how they handle any information that reaches them:
- Vercel — hosts the Site and provides privacy-focused, cookieless analytics.
- Google Analytics — measures Site traffic and how visitors use the Site; sets cookies and similar identifiers.
- RB2B — identifies business visitors to the Site (United States only) by matching visits to professional profile information, as described above.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session activity (such as clicks and scrolling) and heatmaps to help us improve the Site; sensitive content is masked by default.
- LinkedIn — its Insight Tag measures aggregate visitor characteristics and supports any future LinkedIn advertising.
- Resend — delivers form submissions from the Site (Deal Submittal, Contact) to our team inbox and sends the weekly rates newsletter if you subscribe.
- Google Maps — used to embed our office location on the Contact page.
- Agora — operates the separate investor portal accessible from the Login page, if you have an account with us.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition).
5. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from the VAC Development Report at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us.
- Ask us to remove your information from our business visitor-identification records by emailing us, or block analytics cookies using your browser settings or a tracking blocker.
- Request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing invest@vacdevelopment.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
