WhatNow Las Vegas reported that Visual Comfort, the upscale designer lighting retailer, is planning its second Las Vegas Valley showroom at The Cliff in Henderson. The brand was one of three newly announced tenants and is slated to open a 3,161-square-foot store. According to the outlet, VAC Development has broken ground on The Cliff, a $100 million transformation of a 10-acre, 100,000-square-foot office property in Green Valley Ranch. Construction began September 1, with delivery to tenants targeted for the second quarter of 2027.
The piece quoted Devon Sansone, principal of VAC Development, from the press release: "My family has been developing in Henderson for more than 20 years, and we know this corridor and the demand here firsthand." Sansone added that Henderson has more than 340,000 residents but only about 195,000 square feet of Class A retail, and that The Cliff "is built to close that gap." Steve Neiger, managing broker at CAST Capital Partners, said the new tenants bring "premium, flagship-caliber retail" to Green Valley Ranch and that the team is already in lease negotiations with several cult-favorite apparel brands.
