Retail & Leisure International published this feature ahead of MIPIM 2026 in Cannes, rounding up retail and mixed-use projects around the world that had recently opened or were in the pipeline. The Americas section covered schemes such as Ánima Village in Cabo del Sol, AREA15 in Las Vegas, OCVIBE in Anaheim, Gasworx in Tampa and One Beverly Hills, alongside The Cliff in Henderson, Nevada.
RLI wrote that the City of Henderson had unanimously approved development plans for The Cliff, which it described as a $50M lifestyle and entertainment destination reimagining 10 acres of underutilised office space at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Ranch. The magazine said the 100,000 sq ft project was being developed by Partners Capital and CNR Retail of CAST Nevada, and its photo caption listed CAST Capital Partners as developer. It reported that the project had been dubbed an "anti-mall," meant to replace the strip mall and big-box model with a walkable gathering place, and that it would open in the fall of 2026 with first-to-market retailers and chef-driven concepts. RLI listed landscaped courtyards, breezeways, public art, live music and a kiosk village called "The Yard" among the features of the pedestrian campus replacing the old office buildings.
