KTNV Channel 13 sent Henderson reporter Malik Patterson to The Cliff for a two-minute segment on what the station called a $100 million retail center with restaurants, retail and wellness. Construction equipment was still on site, and Patterson described the work as being in its early stages.
Steve Neiger told the station the property had been unused office space and that, after years of effort, his vision was a destination lifestyle center full of restaurants, retail and health and wellness. Devon Sansone of VAC Development walked through the design, which puts shops on both sides of the parking lot so visitors feel a point of connection rather than a segmented property. Neiger called the site a prime location, with more than a quarter million cars a day passing near the 215, Green Valley and Saint Rose Parkway.
Patterson also spoke with a resident identified as Don, who said he tries hard to avoid the heavy traffic there but welcomed tax revenue the city could spend on streets and sidewalks. The report said the center should be open by early 2028 if everything goes according to plan.
