Shopping Center Business ran a leasing item by Abby Cox on The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot retail project in Henderson, Nevada, roughly 15 miles from Las Vegas. The magazine reported that Partners Capital Inc. and CAST had announced six retail and restaurant tenants: The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist, Next Health and anchor Arhaus. The concepts were expected to open by late 2026, with construction beginning early that year.
Shopping Center Business said the development team expected The Cliff to open in fall 2026 as the gateway to the Green Valley Ranch master-planned community, and that the team called it Henderson's first retail development in more than 20 years.
