REBusinessOnline's Amy Works reported that a partnership between Partners Capital Inc. and CAST had named the first wave of tenants for The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot retail development in Henderson about 15 miles outside Las Vegas. Arhaus came on as the new anchor, joined by The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Next Health, all expected to open by late 2026. Construction was set to start in early 2026.
The outlet described The Cliff as the gateway to the Green Valley Ranch master-planned community and said it was expected to open in fall 2026. Citing the development team, REBusinessOnline reported that it would be Henderson's first retail development in more than 20 years.
