Six Retail, Restaurant Tenants to Open at The Cliff in Metro Las Vegas

Hispanic Business TV carried the announcement that Partners Capital Inc. and CAST had signed their first tenants at The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot retail development in Henderson, Nevada. The six names were anchor Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Next Health. According to the post, construction would begin in early 2026, and the tenants were expected to open by late 2026. The development team called The Cliff, which sits at the entrance to Green Valley Ranch, Henderson's first retail development in more than 20 years and targeted a fall 2026 opening.
