Neon, the Las Vegas Review-Journal's entertainment guide, reported that The Cliff on Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson had announced its first confirmed tenants, more than a year and a half after design plans surfaced. Writer Johnathan L. Wright described the project as a $55 million open-air makeover of 100,000 square feet of old office space, developed by CAST with Partners Capital of Los Angeles. Steve Neiger, a CAST principal, told the paper that "everything about this project is about thoughtful intention" and that the community wanted "something with real and actual character," not the concepts repeated in every suburban center.
The piece ran through six tenants. The Taco Stand, a Tijuana-style taqueria founded in La Jolla, already had two Las Vegas stores, and Neiger said CAST had brokered its arrival in town. Killer Whale Creamery, an ice cream shop from La Jolla, was also planning a store at The Bend. The Barista Botanist pairs a plant shop with an all-day cafe, and Lyte House serves zero-proof supplement drinks. Arhaus, the home furnishings retailer with more than 100 U.S. showrooms, was anchoring with almost 16,000 square feet, and Next Health offers IV therapy, hormone therapy and aesthetic services.
According to Neon, the name comes from the elevated site at 2500 to 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway above the 215 Beltway, and the development has 30 tenant spaces. Another food and drink tenant was due to be announced, and about 20 other spaces were in discussions or at the letter of intent stage, including four to five potential restaurants. Neiger said he expected to break ground early in 2026, deliver shells to tenants in the second quarter and see the first openings by year end.
