WhatNow Las Vegas reported that Pvolve, the strength and mobility fitness brand, will open at The Cliff in Green Valley Ranch as one of two locations marking its Nevada debut. The first, in Summerlin, was planned for later this year. Jennifer LaFrance, the brand's Las Vegas franchisee, told the outlet she was excited when she learned about the project's vision and the other tenants joining, and felt Pvolve and its community "would fit in well with the new complex being built there." She confirmed the plan is to open at The Cliff in the first half of 2027.
The article described The Cliff as a 100,000-square-foot open-air retail, dining and entertainment destination that VAC Development has broken ground on, with construction starting September 1 and delivery to tenants targeted for the second quarter of 2027. It repeated Devon Sansone's comment from the press release that his family has been developing in Henderson for more than 20 years, and his point that Henderson has more than 340,000 residents but only about 195,000 square feet of Class A retail. LaFrance was candid about the timeline: the project "had some delays in their timing, but look to be on track now."
The rest of the piece covered Pvolve's background. Rachel Katzman and trainer Stephen Pasterino founded it in November 2017 as a low-impact alternative to high-intensity training, built around its P.ball equipment. Jennifer Aniston became a co-owner and advisor in 2023. WhatNow said the brand has more than 50 studios in the United States and Canada, with more than 45 more in development, and gave the Henderson address as 2500 Paseo Verde Parkway.
