Retail & Leisure International's feature on North America surveyed new and upcoming retail destinations across the United States, Canada and Mexico, from Oakridge Park in Vancouver to One Beverly Hills, and how developers are mixing retail with dining, leisure and community space. The Cliff was one of the projects listed, with CAST Capital Partners named as developer.
RLI's entry said the City of Henderson unanimously approved plans for The Cliff, which it described as a $50 million lifestyle and entertainment destination reworking 10 acres of underused office space at 2500 to 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Ranch. The 100,000-square-foot project, which the outlet said has been called an "anti-mall," is meant to replace the strip mall and big-box model with a walkable, community-focused campus featuring courtyards, breezeways, public art, live music and a kiosk village called "The Yard."
