It noted that the Henderson City Council approved a dedicated Cliff Master Plan subcategory within the Green Valley Ranch Master Plan in June 2025, allowing expanded live entertainment and outdoor programming on the site.
According to the listing, a VAC Development-led joint venture acquired and recapitalized the property in late August, with CAST Capital Partners continuing as a partner. AO Architects designed the project, and tenant delivery is targeted for Q2 2027.
