NewsBreak carried the KSNV report by Matthew Seeman on the opening tenant lineup at The Cliff in Henderson. The piece put the project's value at $55 million and, according to developer CAST, described it as a 100,000-square-foot complex in the Green Valley Ranch area created by converting two office buildings.
Home furnishings brand Arhaus will take nearly 16,000 square feet as an anchor, the report said, though its lease remained subject to standard development milestones. Two wellness concepts, Next Health and Lyte House, were also on the list, the first offering IV therapy and aesthetic services and the second selling functional supplement mixtures. Food tenants were The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery and The Barista Botanist. Groundbreaking was described as expected early next year, and first openings were slated for late 2026. The post kept KSNV's correction noting the project had originally been reported at $50 million.
