KSNV News 3 reported that the first tenants had been announced for The Cliff, a $55 million retail complex planned for the Green Valley Ranch area of Henderson. Citing developer CAST, the station described the project as a 100,000-square-foot complex converted from two office buildings.
Arhaus, a home furnishing brand, was named as an anchor tenant, occupying nearly 16,000 square feet, with its lease pending standard development milestones. The station also listed two wellness retailers: Next Health, which offers services such as IV therapy and aesthetic treatments, and Lyte House, which serves functional supplement mixtures. On the dining side, the announced tenants were The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery and The Barista Botanist. KSNV said groundbreaking was expected early the following year, with the first openings slated for late 2026.
A note on the story said an earlier version had valued The Cliff at $50 million and had since been corrected.
