Connect CRE's Mike Boyd reported that The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot Class A retail development in Henderson, had announced its first six tenants: home furnishings brand Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Next Health. The outlet described the project as a conversion of outdated office buildings into a pedestrian-friendly campus with 25 retail spaces, anchored by a central bar and outdoor lounge, with covered patios and a food kiosk alley.
According to Connect CRE, construction at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway was set to start in early 2026 at a cost of $50 million, and tenants were expected to open by late 2026. The story identified a partnership between San Diego-based CAST and Los Angeles-based Partners Capital as the project's lead.
