The Nevada business publication reported that Arhaus had signed a 15.9KSF lease to anchor the project, which it described as a 100KSF Class A retail development in Henderson's Green Valley Ranch. NVBEX put the project at $55M and said it would replace 10 acres of underutilized office space with an open-air campus.
The listing gave sizes for the other signed tenants: Next Health at 2.2KSF, The Taco Stand at 1.8KSF, Lyte House at 1.7KSF, The Barista Botanist at 1.5KSF and Killer Whale Creamery at 1KSF. NVBEX reported that construction was scheduled to begin in early 2026, with openings expected later that year.
