KSNV News 3 reported that work is underway on The Cliff, a $100 million redevelopment in Henderson's Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, with construction officially beginning September 1. The station described the 100,000-square-foot project at Paseo Verde and St. Rose parkways as an open-air retail, dining and entertainment destination built out of underused office space. VAC Development principal Devon Sansone said in a statement that his family has been developing in Henderson for more than 20 years, and that a city of more than 340,000 residents has only about 195,000 square feet of Class A retail. "The Cliff is built to close that gap," he said.
According to VAC Development, plans include a central bar and outdoor lounge, covered patios, a food kiosk alley, a children's play area and spaces for outdoor gatherings and entertainment. News 3 listed the announced tenants as Visual Comfort, Pvolve, BODYROK, Arhaus, The Taco Stand, Lyte House, The Barista Botanist and Killer Whale Creamery, and said the developers plan to deliver space to tenants in the second quarter of next year.
