WhatNow Las Vegas reported that The Barista Botanist, a San Diego cafe and plant shop, plans to make its Las Vegas debut this year at The Cliff, which the headline called a $55 million Henderson redevelopment. Citing the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the outlet said the shop will open alongside The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery and others at 2500 to 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway. Michael Harrison, who runs the business with a partner named Dillon, did not respond to the outlet before publication.
According to the article, Harrison opened the original Barista Botanist on Cass Street in Pacific Beach last summer, selling coffee, houseplants and healthy food. The shop's menu centers on seed-oil-free, organic food and botanical-infused drinks, and WhatNow listed options such as the Lavender Ube Latte, Cinnamon Maple Mocha and Banana Cold Brew, along with smoothies and sandwiches like the Wild Tuna and Regenerative Egg Salad.
