Anticipated Project Openings

February 4, 2026 · Retail & Leisure International

Retail & Leisure International's look at the 2026 global retail pipeline picked a sample of shopping centres and mixed-use districts due to open during the year, from luxury districts in Asia and the Middle East to regeneration schemes in Europe and the Americas. The Cliff in Henderson, Nevada appeared in the Americas section next to Oakridge Park in Vancouver and OCVIBE in Anaheim, with Partners Capital and Cast Capital Partners named as developers.

The magazine described The Cliff as a traditional office complex being turned into a lifestyle destination. It reported that the City of Henderson had unanimously approved plans for the $50M project, which reworks 10 acres of underutilised office space at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Ranch into a 100,000 sq ft open-air campus. RLI noted the "anti-mall" label attached to the project and said it would open in the fall of 2026 with first-to-market retailers, chef-driven concepts, courtyards, breezeways, public art, live music and a kiosk village named "The Yard."
