The Gramercy is a best-in-class mixed-use development located at the 215 Beltway and Russell Road in southwest Las Vegas. WGH Partners and Krausz Companies acquired the partially completed project, originally called ManhattanWest, for $20M in 2013 and oversaw the completion of two four-story Class A office and retail buildings totaling approximately 105,000 SF. Anchored by Wells Fargo, New York Life, and William Hill, the buildings were nearly fully leased at disposition. The office and retail component sold in April 2017 for $61.75M, representing over $330/SF.
