Charawk is an infill 2.3-acre development project acquired by VAC using internal capital in June of 2023. Before the acquisition, VAC secured leases with Conoco Phillips for a gas station and c-store concept for 20 years and a Starbucks, 15-year lease, and Purrfect Auto, 10 year lease, to prove up the site’s location.
