Overview
Charhawk is an infill 2.3-acre development project acquired by VAC using internal capital in June of 2023. Before the acquisition, VAC secured leases with ConocoPhillips for a gas station and c-store concept for 20 years and a Starbucks, 15-year lease, and Purrfect Auto, 10 year lease, to prove up the site's location. The project is located off the Northeast Corner of Charleston and Mohawk in the Summerlin Submarket of Las Vegas.
