A master planned site co-developed with Rohani group to the south on approximately 18 acres the property consists of 10 buildings over 250,000 SQFT of mixed-use office-retail and storage. Developed in 2007 with our groups design proposal we successfully positioned the property to attract strong national and regional brands which now include Twin Peaks, BJ’s Pizza, Big 5, Café Zupas, Paul Mitchell school, WaFD bank and more. The property sits at over 95% occupancy with continued demand from both office and retail tenants. The project was financed through Nevada State bank and securitized through BofA.
