Our Services

  • From start to finish we work on the acquisition of land or redevelopment opportunities, entitle, engineer, design, lease and execute horizontal and vertical development, to an operational product to then either a refinance or a sale.

  • VAC prides itself on a proprietary process to maximize value in its acquisitions via its deal-sourcing process. We look for out-of-the-box opportunities to hit target yields for our investors to either exit via a sale in a less than 5-year period or to have a longer-term strategy via a refinance.

  • VAC will come on as a development or deal consultant for a fee based on all costs besides the acquisition of the land or asset. We will come on for financing, leasing, construction management, design, asset management and sale of the project. We take the hard work out of it and help our client’s with easy decisions.

  • In the Las Vegas market we will assist in commercial real estate leasing services for future or as built product types.

  • For a monthly service fee, VAC will manage the leasing, property management, financing, and property disposition for any property type besides hotels.
